Letters From Home

The purpose of this blog is for family and friends to show support to our U.S. troops. We want to show them that they are not alone, that we are proud of them and that we are praying for them. We appreciate their hard work, dedication and sacrifice for our protection and freedom.

Andrew,
I know you don't remember me, I am Jon Dewey's neighbor. But, what I do remember is, when you kids use to play in Jon's back yard, how you use to shoot B.B. guns, and throw rocks at the fence. Well I guess its different now. Its more like shooting rifles and throwing grenades. Well, lots of luck in what your doing, and get home soon.

May God Bless you!

We love you Andrew!!

Andrew,

CNN has been covering whats happening over there. Sounds like things are escalting on the border. Please be careful and remember you're covered in prayer........As I'm sitting here typing I see 2 boys with their fishing poles headed for the pond. Squirrels are scampering accross your roof top and my two grandkids have just come home from The Bay-just another day in Broomfield USA. My grandson Evyn is crazy about your sister Lizzy, she babysits for them once in awhile. He would leave his mother and grandmother behind for her. She has all the energy in the world to play with them and keep up with them. It's weird that your oldest sister babysat my kids and now your youngest sister is babysitting my grandkids. Shawn sends his greetings and says to stop in at Woodys when you get back.....Take care of yourself and let us know if there's anything you or your buddies want or need. Praying for you daily.

Love Irene
